How to Purchase Products on our Site

Purchasing products at 4x4 Buyer Store couldn't be easier, or more secure. Our SSL Secured site means that you can rest assured that your personal and financial information is not accessible by unwanted third parties. To view our SSL Secured Certificate click on the 'padlock' icon at the bottom of your browser page window once you get to the Checkout page.
Step 1)  Select your Products using the ‘buy’ icon and quantity field for each product. As you navigate to different products and add purchases you will see the summary in your ‘Shopping Cart’ box.
Step 2)  Edit your shopping cart. Once you have finalized your shopping, simply click on the ‘checkout’ button in your shopping cart box. If you want to edit purchase quantities or delete items this can be done before you proceed to the checkout.
Step 3)  Choose a delivery method. Your delivery address details will be required here. Several delivery methods are listed, each with various charges applicable. The appropriate charges will be added to your total order value.
Step 4)  Pay for your purchases. Simply proceed to the checkout to make your payment. You can choose any of the options displayed including:

• PayPal (tm). This is a simple, secure payment method which is becoming the preferred option for paying for goods on the web. PayPal (tm) is an ebay company, and sets the standard for online transactions on the web. If you choose, you can open your own PayPal account for FREE and make accept payments from anywhere in the world. You don't need to open your own PayPal account to purchase products, you will simply be required to enter some basic personal and credit card information to complete the transaction.
• Direct bank deposit. If you choose this option our BSB and Account details will be
  displayed. You can either deposit your payment into our account using your internet banking
  facility or by depositing the payment into our account at your local bank branch. (Please
  note that a fee may be charged for over-the-counter direct deposits.)
• Cheque. If you prefer to send us a personal or bank cheque, this option will give you details
  of our payee details and postal address. Please note that delivery will not be made until
  personal cheques are cleared (up to 5 days).
• Postal Money Order. If you don't mind paying a fee to the post office this option is available.
  Our payee details and postal address will be featured at the checkout if you choose this
  option. (Please note that delivery will not be made until the Money Order is received.)
• Off-line Credit Card payment. Although our on-line credit card payment facility is very secure, if you prefer not to pay by credit card on-line, you can pay by credit card off-line by calling us and giving us your details on the phone.
• Strictly, no COD available.

Order tracking.
When you place an order with 4x4 Buyer Store, you will receive an SMS to your mobile phone confirming your order. You will also receive an email with your order details and payment details. If you have not paid for the items at the time of placing the order this will be noted on the email, along with a request for payment.
You can track the status of your order by clicking on the 'order tracking' link on our site. You will also be advised by email when your order has been shipped.
